Teams
Our Firefest BBQ Blaze competitions give local pitmasters the opportunity to show their fire-y prowess!
HOW IT WORKS
We provide each team with the same amount of proteins -- usually enough for ~100 servings. You will have 2 hours to prepare and grill, followed by a 2-hour serving period. Attendees will arrive and sample throughout the 2-hour period, so plan accordingly. Each attendee will receive and vote on their favorite team with a wooden coin. The team with the most coins at the end of the sampling period wins. In the event of a tie, a coin toss will decide the winner. The Grand Champion wins a Jack Daniel's barrelhead and Recteq Bullseye pellet grill. The Reserve Grand Champion ("2nd place") wins a smaller barrelhead and a Jack Daniel's cooler. We'll have plenty of other prizes and giveaways throughout the day.

Attendees
Attendees have the best part: they get to enjoy great music, food & drink. They can attend a food demonstration or Savor! spirits tasting. Best of all, they can sample different wings and vote for their favorite by depositing a wooden coin into the metal bucket for their favorite team!
