Through our Salute option, we flex our pitmaster prowess and turn up the heat to smoke up some tasty BBQ. Whether assisting the base Morale Welfare Recreation team to fundraise or serving up championship ‘Q, the SALUTE is our way of saying THANK YOU to our service members and their families for the freedoms we enjoy as Americans as a result of your efforts.

Our core event is a BBQ BLAZE competition. Teams from across the base/post compete using their own grills with proteins we provide. We emphasize fun and education. Only one team will take the coveted Jack Daniel’s™ barrelhead back to their unit for the ultimate bragging rights. Include 250 BBQ Baskets (pork/chicken sandwich, chips, water & dessert).

People’s Choice BBQ competition combined with a meal for 500 people. If you want to feed an Army and include an element of competition, then BBQ JAM is for you! We include 500 BBQ Baskets (pork/chicken sandwich, chips, water & dessert) in the package with the option to add as many additional baskets as you want. A Jack Daniels barrelhead and a new grill goes to the winner!
