FIREFEST gives everyone the opportunity to demonstrate their culinary prowess with chicken wings. Attendees vote for their fav flava with our custom wooden coins. The team with the most votes wins.

The problem with most BBQ competitions is that while teams smoke up some finger-lickin’ good grub, attendees are usually left out.
We’re turning the tables.
At FIREFEST, the attendees are in charge, empowered with the power to vote for their favorites. Hear the lore of the recipes, and vote for your fav.
The base has the option of adding brisket tacos to round out the meal.

Pitmaster Academy is a 2-hour BBQ fundamentals class and demonstration offering tips & tricks to take your BBQ to the next level!
Learn food safety, best practices, tools, and grilling techniques from some of the best pitmasters in the world.
Our culinary dee-lights include chargrilled salsa; chicken wings; pork tenderloin; beef ribeye; artichoke hearts; and our famous banana pudding!
