Introducing our Fajita BBQ Blaze!

Our Firefest BBQ Blaze competitions give local pitmasters the opportunity to show their fire-y prowess!

Bring your grill, fuel, BBQ tools, rubs & sauces. We’ll provide the fajitas; sample rubs/sauces; a digital thermometer; and everything you will need to serve the best fajitas north of the Rio Grande.

Attendees will sample from each team and vote for their favorite using a wooden coin. The team with the most coins wins.
